What this site is
An information site and an enquiry form for HDB BTO renovation in Singapore. Cost figures here are dated ranges from named third parties, published as evidence. None of them is a quotation, and none of them is an offer.
What the cost bands are and are not
Every cost figure on this site is attributed to a named source and carries the date that source was read or published. They describe other people’s projects. They are not a price for your flat, they are not an estimate for your scope, and they do not bind either of us.
A price for your flat comes from a scope, and a scope comes from seeing the flat.
When sources disagree
Where two sources disagree we show both rather than averaging them, so you can see the disagreement rather than inherit our resolution of it.
Rules, accuracy and liability
Regulatory content
HDB rules quoted on this site are quoted from HDB and linked to the page they came from, with the date we read it. Rules change. Before you rely on one, follow the link and check it against the current source, particularly for anything specific to your own BTO project or block.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that a figure on this site will match a quotation you receive, that a rule quoted here still reads the same today, or that any particular outcome follows from following this advice. We are not offering legal, structural or financial advice, and nothing here substitutes for a Qualified Person where HDB requires one.
Enquiries
Sending the enquiry form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Any work we go on to do is governed by a written scope agreed separately, not by this page.
Third-party links
We link to primary sources and to published third-party datasets so you can check our figures. We do not control those sites and linking to one is not an endorsement of anything else on it.
