We collect what you type into the enquiry form, use it to answer that enquiry, and do nothing else with it. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Why we collect it

To reply to your renovation enquiry with a scope discussion and an indicative cost band. That is the only purpose, and consent is given when you send the form, with the consent line shown directly above the submit button rather than buried in a footer.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by Formaloo, our form provider, and reach us by email through Cloudflare Email Routing. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives your enquiry.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards only where we need it to answer a follow-up question from you. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent means we stop processing the enquiry, which in practice means we stop replying to it. Write to hello@btorenovation.sg.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers beyond web analytics used to count page visits in aggregate. Nothing on this site attempts to identify you personally as you browse.
